Up to 20 minutes

20-40 minutes. Please advise that you require an extended consultation if there are multiple issues to address or you suspect laboratory testing will be required.

Telemedicine consultation
10 minute phone or videochat session for current patients where deemed appropriate by the vet. Followed up with an email from the vet to confirm salient points discussed, prescriptions and further information.

20 to 30 minute home visit. Travel is charged at $2.50/km return trip calculated via Google Maps. House call with nurse is $226 + travel.

Vet to perform anal gland expression, blood sampling and injections
This fee is not added when these services are performed by our nurses as a nurse appointment in the waiting or treatment rooms.
