Our Services
Our consultation blocks are 20 minutes for small animals and 30 minutes for large animals.
Longer consultations incur a higher consultation fee.
If you have multiple issues to address or suspect your pet may require lab testing (eg ear infection or blood test) please advise our staff as we may need to book an extended consult or ask you to come back at a later time to finish addressing your concerns.
Farm and home visits are available on weekdays by appointment. Please advise if a veterinary nurse is required for animal handling (e.g. if you cannot tip and restrain your own sheep/ goats for hoof trimming).
Please note that as the clinic legally needs to be manned by a vet at all times the doors are open we cannot do outcalls on weekends or the occasional one vet day.

Mundaring Vet Hospital supports responsible pet ownership. As such we do NOT offer reproductive services. A good breeder will have a working relationship with a breeding practice such as https://www.kudahvet.com.au . If a cat or dog requires emergency C-section, we always sterilise them to prevent this happening again.

Emergency Care Services
We offer in clinic emergency services during our office hours.
In an emergency, call to let us know that you are on your way and head on down.
Emergencies will be triaged by our nurses and the first available veterinarian will assess your pet ASAP.
If possible, we also try to see off-site emergencies but sometimes this is not logistically possible in which case we will recommend the services of another practice.
WE DO NOT OFFER AN AFTER HOURS SERVICE
THE PHONES AND EMAIL ARE NOT MONITORED OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS.
After hours, we recommend;
Camelids, Ruminants & Pigs
